Khoder As Saadi, the founder of KHS, initiated his academic career in Beirut before gaining expansive international experience in Switzerland. Graduating with a Business degree, he effectively integrates technical acumen with strategic vision to lead complex engineering and development initiatives across Lebanon.
Since establishing KHS in 1991, he has spearheaded the delivery of premier residential and commercial projects. His commitment to precision and professional integrity ensures that every development yields long-term value, consistently meeting sophisticated market demands through functional excellence and structural rigour.
Under his leadership, the firm has cultivated a multidisciplinary team dedicated to bridging the gap between visionary architecture and physical reality. Dr. Omar As Saadi
Partner & Structural Engineer
Dr. Omar As Saadi serves as a Partner and Structural Engineer at KHS, holding a PhD from the University of Porto. He earned his Master’s in the United Kingdom and completed his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering at Beirut Arab University.
Combining deep academic knowledge with global practice, he brings high-level technical mastery to structural design and analysis. As a Partner, he guarantees that projects achieve peak safety and precision, reinforcing the reliability of KHS.

Kassem As Saadi
Kassem As Saadi is a Partner at KHS who holds an Architecture degree from Beirut Arab University and a Master’s degree from London, United Kingdom. With extensive expertise in architectural design and strategic planning, he has successfully steered and contributed to a wide array of developments and large-scale masterplans.
His professional approach is defined by a commitment to design excellence, high functionality, and meticulous execution. By playlng a central role in defining the firm's creative vision, Kassem ensures that KHS projects consistently achieve a balance between aesthetic innovation and engineering practicality.
Lana Farhat
Technical Director
Lana Farhat is a Civil Engineer and Project Manager specializing in constructability and project management, with a strong academic background and extensive experience in construction projects. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Beirut Arab University and a Master’s degree in Building Construction.
Bringing a balanced combination of technical expertise and practical, on‑site experience, Lana serves as the Technical Director at KHS. She has successfully worked on several large‑scale projects, focusing on efficient delivery, coordination, and the highest possible standards of safety and professional performance.
